My husband is on my duo account, but he can't access it.

He is trying to get back in. How does he do so? Does he log in using my username and pw? Or his? What if he can't remember his, how does he get it back?

Since all members of a Premium Duo/Family plan use their own individual Spotify accounts, he should use his login credentials to log into his account. 🙂

He can try following this guide if he's unable to log in or doesn't remember his login info.
