My old computer failed . I can't access my playlists

My old computer failed . I can't access my playlists

I can't access my playlists on the new computer. I can, however, access all my playlists on my Kindle Fire and my i-phone. How do I get all my playlists on to the new laptop?

Hey there,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome!

Your playlists and saved content should still be in the library of the account that you were using, so if you don't see your content on the new computer, it's possible that you're logged in to another account. No worries.

I recommend that you log out on the new computer and that you log back in with the correct credentials. You can test with different email addresses if you're not sure which one you've used or even check your credentials if you're logged in on the Account Page on your iPhone for example.

You can also check out the steps here which help you locate any other possibly existing accounts, as well as reset your password here: https://accounts.spotify.com/password-reset if you need to.

When you've made sure that you're logged in to the correct account, but in case you still don't see your playlists, let us know and we'll decide what to suggest next.

Hope this info helps and keep us posted on how it goes 🙂
