My wife can't log in to her duo account

My wife can't log in to her duo account

When she tries to change her password it says her account doesn't exist. When she tries to create an account it says the account already exists. Both things can't be true at the same time.

First of all, could you confirm if she already required the deletion of this account before? If it's not the case, I recommend that you try to reset your password again via this link, using another device or the incognito mode of your browser. Just to confirm, are you using a Gmail account? If it's the case, just would like to confirm you're using @ gmail, instead of @ googlemail on the email address.

Last, but not least, I also would recommend that you double-check if you have any message from Spotify on your inbox mentioning something about deactivation or disability of one of your accounts. If it's the case, you can take a look at this official support article to get more information, including how to proceed on this case.
