New 50% student account doesn't apply to West Point?

I go to the United States Military Academy at West Point and tried to recieve a 50% discount?

Is West Point not an accreditted school?

It's in the top ten according to forbes: http://www.forbes.com/top-colleges/list/

I was confirmed in my first manual try, and used the url they gave, only to be sent back to verify again.

When I tried verifying again, I was told my school is not supported?

No, but they were accreddited by  the Middle States Commission on Higher Education which is accepted by the Department of Education.

The only reason they don't show up on those sites is because West Point does not accept Title 4 programs such as financial aid because it is a tuition free school.

But, it still meets the criteria for your discount. It is accreddited, it just doesn't offer financial aid.

I'm guessing excluding Title 4 makes it ineligible for the offer sadly as it is even mentioned in the terms of the offer:
