New dual premium account

New dual premium account

I have been using the free account and my son has a premium account.  We have just signed up for a dual premium account, but I can't figure out how to utilize it.  When I sign in, it only recognizes my free account.  How do I utilize the dual premium membership?

 

I have the app on my iPhone and even when I tried to delete it and restart it up, it only recognizes my email with a free account, not premium.  My son did send the invitation for me to join, but it does not seem to work??

Hey @Guy31, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

First, make sure that you and your son are residing at the same physical address at the time of signup. Then, you can open the invite link in a different browser or private window (you can do that by copying the invite button and then pasting it in a different browser or private window). 

 

If you're still having trouble, can you let me know what happens when you tap on the invite link? You can send me a screenshot of any error messages being shown, making sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
