Why doesn't Spotify have a customer help phone number?
Why do none of the Spotify offices listed on the site have a phone number?
I find it hard to believe all spotify offices around the world don't have a single phone!
I'm too impatient for this posting on a forum crap!!! Or sending contact messages to spotify waiting for a response for hours!
What sort of incompetent business is this?
I mean seriously, why is that if the Facebook account I used to sign up with is closed there is absolutely no way to get into the spotify account attached to it?????
That's just retarded! How can this be overlooked by a global company???
Why is this company so secretive and averse to having representatives available to speak in person? I wish I was closer to the Sydney, Australia office because I would just walk straight in there and get them to fix my problem promptly.

You disappoint me as a human. There is something wrong with this structure and you are knowingly enabling it.

Every company in the US needs to have a phone number that can ACTUALLY be reached. It should be a requirement to have abusiness in this country! 

 

this kind of lack of support is what leads to eventual company failure.. eventually.  ignore customers requests = loose customers

get a phone support number.  I also am having problems with installing and as a paying premium customer I should have a actual person for assistance.

It is unbelievable that you have no way to talk to a person. Especially after never receiving a reply to the email. Poor customer service all the way around.

Also worth to mention.

 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Give it 24 to 48hrs, also make sure you're checking your Spam folder because sometimes emails might end up there.

There are no options for an account that I PAY FOR that is hooked up to an old facebook. It told me to make a new account and that i would be able to have my old stuff switched to my new account but there are NO WAYS TO DO THIS!!!!

If you fill out the contact form, someone from Spotify will be happy to help you merge your accounts within 24 hrs. They're the only ones who can do it. 🙂
