No longer premium, but I have the Sony receipt

No longer premium, but I have the Sony receipt

I have the sony entertainment network receipt in my inbox for this months subscription, as of noon today, but suddenly I am on a free account. I am not sure what is going on.

 

The spotify page is actually a bit of a mess to navigate to try and find answers. Or even a contact short of twitter or facebook and neither of those seem like a great place to get answers and the contact form goes to a broken 404 link.

 

So, other than someone messed up in the transaction somewhere or I have no idea. If anyone esle has one I would be grateful.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. If I'm reading correctly, you're saying that the contact link goes to a 404? Try these ones - Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.

Sent a contact, the instant response only said, we are sure your issue can be solved on twitter, our faq, or on the forums. So.. not sure what that means.

What's a Spotify Rock Star, and how do I become one?


Well, got a reply, it told me to contact Sony, since spotify could not do anything since Sony is managing my sub, contacted Sony, they said they just in essence act as a wire transfer, they show the money come in and go out and have no responsibility to me as a customer being a partner or provider to make sure I get the service, their job ends there. Told me to contact spotify, it is their problem, so sent a reply back to spotify telling them what Sony said.

 

Why do I have a feeling, this will be a giant merry go round?

Well, I was right, merry go round, still no help. Sony tells me it is spotify, spotify tells me I dont have premium, which I already knew, sony says they took my money sent it along, spotify tells me sony is managing my sub so talk to them, Pretty sure if you are in a partnership, someone should know what is going on. At least, with sony I can talk to a human on a phone, instead of having to wait hours upon hours to be told something completely irrelavant to my issue then have to wait hours to hear a reply when I correct it, for a global billion dollar comapny, not having a customer support number is ludicrous.
