Not able to associate primary email address

I've been trying to log in with my Google account, however, every time I try to use this option it says "You do not have a Spotify account connected to your Google Account."
I have already tried to change my personal information but it says that the email it's already registered, so I cannot log in to delete the account or change the primary email address even though it is non-existent.

How can I merge or delete one of them to be able to use this login option?

Thanks for reaching out. Consider the following:

• Be advised that the "Log in with Google" option only works if you've created your account via Google. 
• If you didn't and you simply have a gmail address connected to the account, then you can use the address and your password to log in. 
• If you don't know your password, reset it. 
• If you want to update your email address, then the new address must not be associated with any other accounts. If an unnecessary secondary account exists, you can delete it. After 14-30 days have passed since the deletion, the email address of that account will be freed up and you can use it on another account.
