Not getting all my Spotify e-mails.

I am getting some of the account e-mails from Spotify. But I am trying to contact someone at Spotify and they say they'll e-mail me and I'm not getting that e-mail. I am also not getting the password reset e-mail that I am trying to get.

Just to confirm, have you checked the spam/junk folders in your inbox? You might have received the emails from Spotify there if the system filtered them as automated messages. 

In case you use an email service such as Gmail, check the inbox tabs - e.g.Promotions, Social etc.
