Notification: Account is used elsewhere

hey,

lately the music suddenlly pauses and i recieve a notification which says that my account is being used elsewhere but  thats impossible because nobody else has my account and when my music is played on another device i can see that. i already changed my passwort and loged out of  all devices but still i recieve this botification. it happend to me while listening to music on my laptop and on my phone too, the newest update is installed everywhere.

my brother thinks it might be a bug, but i have no idea. Does anyone know eventually how to get this problem fixed?

@Queen_Sharon_ hey there, sorry to hear you're having issues with your account. Ordinarily this issue is not a security one, and rather an issue with local data.

The quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

If you let them know as much as you can about your problem, they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP.
