Offline access

Hi, I just subscribed for the 3 month premium trial which included accessing spotify even when offline. However, this is not yet possible. Can you please advise / explain? Thanks, Caroline.

if you did everything proberly I give you the advise to log yourself out and back in to force a server sync. Please also check your current subsciption here. If it's Premium it's just a matter of time when it will work!
