Paid for duo but still got single premium. Cant invite anyone

I still had a few days on my single premium prepaid account, when i paid for a premium duo upgrade. But my account still sais i have single premium and i cant invite the other person to the duo plan.

i WAS charged for the duo plan, and the plan expiration date updated accordingly. But it is still listed as single premium instead of Duo.

My receipt number for the Duo plan is 1975286491676106-1-1

Please help.

If you upgraded your subscription from individual to Duo using a recurrent payment method (monthly subscription) the account will change plans immediately to invite the second user. However if the payment was a prepaid payment for 1, 3, 6 or more months, the account will not change the subscription until the remaining individual time finishes. Since you mentioned that the payment was already made, most likely you purchased a prepaid payment.

You can check the remaining time of your subscription in your account page.

However, if you need more info about your subscription, as we cannot access users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the account and help you further.
