Paid for premium, but why am I on free

Paid for premium, but why am I on free

I subscribed for 3 months. Start from July until September. please fix it 😞

Me too...

 

Earlier today, I paid for a month premium fee, but spotify still on free subscription. How come? What happened?

 

I have tried to uninstall the app and install it back, but still I'm on free subscription.

 

 

This is not cool!! Spotify you should fix this!

Try this!

Log out and back into your account again.

if that didnt work re-install

and if none of the above worked well follow this guide https://support.spotify.com/au/account_payment_help/troubleshooting/do-i-have-an-additional-account/ (you might have subscribed to the wrong account)

 

It doesn't work I already tried all those steps 😞

Upon completing the transaction,did you receive any emails from your bank and/or Spotify to verify that the payment has gone through AND that Spotify has proccesed your request?I'd imagine that you would get a verification email from Spotify saying that you're now a premium user. 🙂

Also,hold on.You paid for 3 months.It expires in September.So two months just went by and you still didn't get Premium activated?
