Pay for Premium but still Free User

First of all, sorry for my bad english. I'm a german.

Hope that my english is good enough for you guys 🙂

Thats my Problem:

I saw today that has Spotify 9.99€ debited from my bank account but I'm still a free User.

I had a few months ago a Facebook-Account which i connected with my Spotify Account. But then i deleted (or deactivate - whatever) my Facebook-Account and so my Spotify was also "deleted".

So I made a new Facebook Account with a 30 Days Trial. That was around 3 months ago. But now i noticed, that I'm still a free User and Spotify debited 9,99 from my bank account.

But I've got a number from my "statement of account" (translator) which is : 51556-123903-4FCE7F09-AA0D

I would like to know how I activate my Premium, or whatever. I just want to pay 9,99€ and want to have Premium on my current account.
