PayPal and Spotify not working

PayPal and Spotify not working

Hi!

 

 

I wanted to upgrade my spotify, but when I try and set up subscription via PayPal, it refuses to work. Now I know my PayPal account is ok, I just payed for somthing worth a hell of a lot more than a Spotify subscription with no problems, but all I get when I try an upgrade is:

 

"•Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method."

 

Been like that since I tried over a week ago, in several different browsers, on severral different computers on different networks.

 

What gives, and what can I do? Obvisouly there is something wrong with Spotify or my Spotify account going on (and yes, I check the default help page, which was pretty uninformative, and my country is the same on both Spotify and PayPal).

 

Please help me 🙂 I really just want to listen to music wihtout ads.

Thanks for your post in the Spotify Community.

 

We'd recommend getting in touch with our Accounts team. You can do so by heading over to this link. If you receive what looks like an automated reply, just reply back to it and the right team will then receive your email. They should then be able to look into the issue that you're havingw with subscribing.
