UNiDAYS Credentials applied to other Spotify account

I tried to upgrade my only Spotify account to Premium using my valid UNiDAYS account, and I recieved a message saying my unidays credentials have been applied elsewhere, which shouldn't be the case as it is my only Spotify account. Please help!
