Paying for Premium: Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day

My free trial ended a while back and when I try to purchase premium. it says the following.

Very frustrated.

 Paying for Premium: Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day

Any help appreciated.
