My Question or Issue

I have a spotify premium family account, but the latest payment collection from my bank account didn't work. There is no third party involved, the collection directly comes from Spotify. Since the payment collection didn't work my account was set back to free mode. How can the payment problem be solved and the account be set back to family?

Hey @gerben93, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

First, check your bank statements to make sure you weren't charged for Premium Family. 

 

Once you've made sure of that, could you try upgrading to the Premium Family plan here and let me know if you run into the same issue?

I'm having the same issue. Bank didn't make the payment

If there was an unsuccessful payment for your subscription, you can check out this page for more information on what to do.

 

If the account was already reverted to free, you can activate a new subscription on it.
