hi, 

I have a few years with my account, recently my debit card associated with my premium account expired so, due to that matter my premium subscription stopped working.

My problem is: Now when I try to activate a premium subscription the web page denies my payment and a message appears saying that my bank operator is having a bad day, ty later or use a different credit car. (i tried already with different credit cards)

Sorry to hear this

This could be one of two things (I think):

1. It could be a problem on your bank's behalf (e.g blocking transactions to Spotify)

or

2. This could be a technical problem at Spotify's end, in which case, you would need to contact Spotify customer support.
