Payment makes no difference, still ads and no linux-client support

Payment makes no difference, still ads and no linux-client support

This is driving me crazy, i've registered my credit card 4 (!) times, but I still get ads and the Linux-client does not allow me to log in (I guess it's because it requires premium) However, the client is working fine on my phone which is in online mode, allways, no ads there as well.
I have no idea how many times I've paid for this crap, but still no premium account.
No direct e-mail adresss to send complaints to either, thank you...
I've had my account since the beta-testing in 2007-2008 but I'm realy fed up now, any way for you guys (aperantly without e-mails...) to fix this problem?
For the record, my credit card has been charged every month for several years now, but still no premium account. Thank you wery much.
Consider my account canceled unles this gets fixed NOW!
And for the record, I'd like some god damned contact info instead of just posting in this forum, witch i doubt will ever be read by someone who's actualy workin in this company...
Thank you, good night.

Hey there! Welcome to the community!

Sorry about what's happening. Usually this a simple mix-up.  If you go to your email, you should be getting receipts which have the username on it. Make sure you are logging in with that username. If it's all numbers, then it's getting credited to your Facebook account, which is simple as logging in with your Facebook account. Sometimes the Spotify and Facebook can become unlinked which can be fixed on this page. If you still need help contact Spotify directly from the link below.

There also is a contact form here, it's listed on the About page.

If your case is resolved, please click the 'Accept as Solution' button and add your kudos!

The linux client should work with Spotify free too as far as I know. Can you log into the website or web player (play.spotify.com)?

Does your account show as Premium here
