Hello, 

I have had a spotify premium subscription for some time now, but recently Spotify have been unable to take money from my account? I haven't changed anything and i have plenty of money in my account. 

So spotify have now cancelled my subscription and when I try to reactivate it, I get this message... "Sorry, we couldn't process your order. This may be a result of your payment card or PayPal account being registered in a different country to the one you chose. " 

 

I dont know what to do? Could anyone help?

I have the same problem and I'm paying via Sofortdauerauftrag. The money goes from my account, but is not billed in Spotify...

It looks like something has gone wrong between Spotify and Sofortdauerauftrag which has caused some accounts to revert to free. If you are effected, you will need to get in touch with the German payments team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get you up and running again.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I am paying via my bank card Visa Debit card. I am from the UK. 

@markiepoos - Your case is going to require a little more investigation I think. If you could get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form they can assist further with this.
