Payment

Hi! i already paid my premium account (and twice, that's what my credit card shows), anyway, my app says I'm still in a free account. What can I do?

Hey there @alejandramirez7, welcome to the community!

 

This sounds odd. First of all, a double payment could either be because you have two different Premium accounts you're paying for, or that you clicked your "upgrade button more than once. In the second case, you shouldn't worry if in your Account page it shows that your subscription ends more than a month away.
