Spotify is a swedish company, so WHY do you draw the payment from my visacard around the 20-23d every month? You know, as you are sweds, that we don't get our paychecks earlier than de 25:th every month. (In my case the 26th). Can you please change the day that you going to start draw the payment so I don't get the same email every month that says "spotify payment failure".

Hi Petra,

The day we take payment is totally down to the original date you signed up for the service. It's not a specific day of the month for everyone (payday is the 25th in the UK too - yayy!).

To change the day that your recurring monthly payment is debited from your account, you'll need to cancel your current subscription. We then won't charge your card on your current renewal day. Your subscription will expire at the end of the month of subscription and you’ll be back on our free service for a couple of days.

Don't worry though, you'll still have access to the service and all of your playlists will still be available. However, offline synced playlists will be desynced, and you will lose streaming access on any mobile devices.

You can then create a new subscription on your Spotify account on the date when you would like your payment method to be charged each month. You can cancel and resubscribe all from your Subscription page: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/
