I lost my premium account and all my playlist??? Last payment was 12 day of this month.

Hey @Santtulonka, welcome to the community!

 

Misplacing your music can be a real downer, but we'll do our best to reunite you with your tunes.

 

Sometimes, we create two or more accounts by mistake and mix them up. Usually one account ends up linked to your Facebook profile and the other is set up with a username and password.

 

Try logging in both ways, through Facebook, and by typing your account's username and password, you'll then verify which account is the one you're using.

 

On the other hand, if your playlists were deleted, you can bring them back in a jiffy following this guide.

 

If you've tried everything and you're still unable to find your music or your Premium account, the best solution would be to pop a message over to our Support team on Facebook or Twitter. They have the tools necesary to track down your account and help you out.
