Please help

I accidentally clicked on premium and it states I will be billed in one month from now. I clicked it on the Spotify app for iPhone. I don't have enough funds on my apple account so I'm confused on how this will end up. I also don't have any credit card info on both my Apple ID and Spotify account. In addition I been trying to cancel but it does not seem to be letting me.

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.

If you would like a refund, you will need to contact iTunes support as they are the ones that handle the payment.

On the receipt it shows payment info ITunes. But I have no credit information so I'm wondering how I will get billed. It also shows at the end of the month I will be charged $12.99.

I cancelled it but my subscriptions tells me Free Trial. Any ideas on
whether or not I will be charged?

If it doesn't say it will renew then it should be fine.
