Por favor ayúdenme. Perdí recientemente mi teléfono y no me fue posible recuperar el mismo número celular, al cual estaba ligada mi cuenta premium duo. Necesito cancelar esa cuenta para abrir la nueva pues ya no podré usar esa. Por favor, necesito ayuda para eso. Qué puedo hacer. Me desespera😭

Before subscribing to a new account, we suggest you try to regain access to the account linked to your old phone number. If perhaps you remember your account being linked to an external service such as Google or Facebook, you can try logging in with it.

Now, if your account is just linked to that old phone number, we suggest you get in touch with our Customer support team, so they can help you locate the account and offer some further alternatives. You can find out how to contact them here.

When this type of issue occurs, users tend to create a different account and subscribe by accident. We'd suggest you follow the steps in this article to make sure you don't have any other accounts.
