Hi all, question:

 

I added a household user to my premium account, they are using the plan but they dont show up on my plan member page as a user - we have 4 users and only 3 are listed?

Hello @rgalati-ca!

 

Thanks for reaching out. In this case, let's confirm that this member was added to the plan successfully. With this user's account, log in to their Subscription page. If anything different than Premium for Family is showing under Your Plan, I'd recommend following these steps to try re-inviting them to the family plan.
