Unable to login with Uni email

I have spoken with support over two days or so and they are unable to assist me with my uni email address. My uni address has deactivated right after graduation and my Spotify account with it. Spotify support is unable to swap over my old uni account to my personal account. I can confirm that the uni email address was mine with id  and can confirm with any other means available. Is there anything I am missing here?

Thanks for reaching out. I'll try to help you with this. If you're logged in with your account in any browser, I'd recommend you try going to your account page. Then click EDIT PROFILE, under Email, enter your new email address. Confirm your password and click SAVE PROFILE.

If you're unable to log in or forgot your password, you won't be able to change your email to a different one. In that case the only possibility would be to contact your old email provider to try to regain access.
