Hallo, mein Premuim Account macht leider Probleme. Ich bekomme unter Android Werbung eingeblendet, obwohl lt. Abrechung für April abgerechnet wurde. In der Accountübersicht wird folgendes angezeigt:
Du hast ein Abonnement für . Das Abonnement wird am Spotify Premium automatisch auf 2014-03-10 umgestellt und dir werden 9,99 € in Rechnung gestellt, wenn du es nicht vorher kündigst.
Dein Konto von SofortDauerautfrag wird für die Bezahlung verwendet.
Die Anmeldung mit meinem Okyo Reciever funktioniert ebenfalls nict mehr. Die Probleme habe ich erst neuerdings, bis vor zwei Wochen lief auf allen Geräten alles einwandfrei.
Die Anmeldung läuft per Facebook unter petz24@hotmail.de
Hey! Welcome to the community - Sorry for the English reply.
You will need to get in touch with the German customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get you back up and running. There have been a number of issues with SofortDauerautfrag payments over the past month or so, so you may need to use another payment method.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

My premium account has gone too. I am listed as premium, I payed for april - can´t listen on my mobile anymore and I get adverts on my laptop allthough I paid.
Please help me fix this.
PS - unfortunately spotify did an automatic upgrade when I restarted it in order to get back my premium account.
It´s still not premium but the new black, dark design is really horrible and makes my eyes hurt - is there a way to get the old version back?

What about the downgrade? Is it possible to get back the old spotify version?

I have the same problem. In my account settings there is no option to change the payment method - I would love to change it. Customer service is not replying since days. It really sucks ...
