Premium Duo account, would like to swap the plan manager with member.

We would like the current plan manager to become the plan member and the current plan member to become the manager. We live in the same household and would prefer to swap without cancelling and rejoining. Is this possible?

Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change the plan manager once signed up. They would have to cancel and wait for the subscription to end.

Once the current subscription has ended, a new Premium Duo plan can be started through the other account 🙂

Also, please keep in mind that every user can only switch plans once every 12 months, so if one of the plan members was part of more than one plan within the last 12 months, they wouldn't be able to join the new plan.
