Evening folks,

 

I am a Plan Member of a Premium Family Plan that my partner setup. He is the Plan Manager and has received a new phone. When trying to login he has no ability to access the original phone number or email address it was setup on. Is there anyway for a password reset being sent to my email address as a plan member, that will give him his Plan Manager access. He can then amend all relevant info to reflect is current contact details.

Due to security reasons, this likely won't be possible, but he can reach out to Support to see if they can help him regain access to his account: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/. 🙂
