Premium User getting immediately kicked off literally as soon as i login with facebook

Premium User getting immediately kicked off literally as soon as i login with facebook

@Spotify every time I try to login to my Spotify PREMIUM account, it IMMEDIATEY kicks me off and I have paid every payment to date so I don't know why I can't access my account. I am entitled to my music. I have already contacted spotify numerous times and I still haven't had any kind of response. There is no way to receive customer service via phone so now I'm in a position where I don't know what to do. I am EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED in the care and help you offer, or should I say don't offer, to your clients. I miss spotify (the old Spotify that actually worked). I would greatly appreciate some help and guidance in how I can access my PREMIUM spotify account normally again. Thank you for taking the time to read all of this and putting up with my complaint. I look forward to hearing from someone soon.

Jeni11 - What exactly happens when you log on? Are you using your Facebook details?

Who's your Spotify Star?

Yes I'm using my Facebook credentials. Literally it logs on and not even a few seconds go by before it automatically kicks me off and takes me back to the login page again.

Have you tried a clean reinstallation of the application?

Jeni11 - Ok, could you head into Facebook and to check here if you have any notifications set up (turn them off if they are) and here to see if there are any approvals (again, turn them off if they are).

No, none of this worked. Tried multiple times.

I've also already done that, multiple times. I've done the contact for, and no one helps, so that's why I got on here.

Hey! 

Did you not get a response from the contact form? If so, If you got an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

If you have done that and still no reply, then post your case number here and I will get someone to look into it for you.
