Premium account but can't play songs offline

Yeah so I bought premium for my account recently...  When I tried to play a song offline on my computer today it came up and said "This action is not possible in offline mode"...

Did I misunderstand something when I read the following on the "company's" "company" page: 

""Premium" subscription introduces extra features such as higher vitiate streaming, offline access to music and mobile app access"?

If not. What do i do?

Hey @Major_Hardon 🙂 

You need to go into online mode, then sync the playlist you want to listen to offline by toggling the "Available Offline" switch at the top of the playlist (it will take a little time to download). Once the playlist has synched, you can listen offline.

I dont know why but my phone does not allow me to dowload music as of today, and it undownloaded most of my songs which i now cant redownload. Please help.

I can't see the "Available Offline" toggle on any playlist. I am a premium subscriber though. Do you know why?
