Premium account compromised and reset not working

Premium account compromised and reset not working

Hey there, I've been a spotify premium customer for a few years now and suddenly yesterday I found myself unable to log into my account. I repeated multiple times to ensure I wasn't miss-typing my password but it appears that my account has been compromised. I then went to reset my password and although it says instructions have been sent to my email address they haven't arrived (I checked every spam folder to sure). 

 

I am positive the email address is correct as I also submitted a ticket explaining my situation and recieved the automated message on the correct email. This was however longer than 24 hours ago and I'm still unable to reset my password and I havent had a reply regarding my case. I just want to listen to my music!

and my case number I recieved through the automated email is: # 01392359

 

Please get back as soon as possible as this is unacceptable

Replies can take a little longer at the weekends sadly. If you could reply directly to the automated email (even if it is from no-reply) that will ensure it reaches the hands of an adviser as soon as possible.
