Premium customer and I still have adverts!

Hi,

A month ago I tried the free trial to Premium and then following the expiry I decided to go to Premium, however I am still getting adverts!!!

How can I solve this problem? I though that this would be an autmatic process via the app but it doesn't look like it.

Someone please help or I'll simply have to cancel my account.

I have a unlimited account already several months and I also get these annoying ads. On my ipad. SPotify ceased to work at all on my laptop! I wonder what I'm paying for?

You may want fill a report via Spotify contact.

Choose Play music => Ive paid but my account hasnt updated. The account team will fix it up for you.

@Upe-gogoli - Spotify Unlimited only removes advertising on the desktop and web player. You will still get adverts on iPad with Unlimited, if you want ad-free on iPad you need Premium.
