Buenos días, tengo con movistar (compañia de telefono que oferta premium a mitad de precio, por ser cliente), desde hace varios meses la cuenta premium, pero hace tres días, me pasó a la cuenta normal, y en movistar siguo estando dado de alta. ¿Podrían ayudarme a solucionarlo?. Gracias 

Good morning, I have to movistar (telephone company that premium offer at half price, for a client), for several months the premium account, but three days ago, I spent my normal account, and Siguo movistar being given high. Can you help me fix it?. thanks

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly (which you can do in spanish if you like) using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
