I couldn't find anyone with the same question as me, so I decided to post a new one... I noticed my premium "ended" today,or I'd gone back to a free user when I opened spotify today. but I thought it was an ongoing subscription...? Or did at only last for a year? Also, now I bought a new subscription and it looks like it's for just a month.... Did you change so now it is only possible to buy one month at a time?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

It should pay monthly automatically; have you made sure on your subscriptions page that your payment is set to recurring?

You will receive an email in the event of a failed transaction.
