Payments and no replies to my emails

Hello,

lately something happened to my account, it's two months that it suddenly sends payments to Spotify despite the fact that I'm not subscribed to Premium. Even if I check my account it's not premium, despite having paid, and it doesn't even appear to be subscribed to anything when I see the details of my account. I sent some emails asking for help and even to delete my account but received no reply and it's been two months. What should I do?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

You should have at least got an automated reply to your emails with a case number in it? If so, post it here and I will pass it over to the Spotify staff for you. 

If not, get in touch using the online contact form and the Spotify team will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Have you tried checking your spam folder? Make sure Spotify is whitelisted.

If you got an automated email, reply to it directly and someone from Spotify will get back to you.

Do you have any case numbers? If you replied directly and still didn't get a response I'll escalate them for you to get Spotify's attention.
