Premium not working

Premium not working

I just bought premium on my iPhone, and whenever I try to listen to anything on the app, it tells me I'm not a premium member. I have the email confirmation, and I've logged out/in and everything.

Same thing is happening to me right now. Kinda frustrating

I upgraded to a premium account close to 5 hours ago and it still has yet to update. Kind of a bummer, I was excited to finally have full access.

on all 3 devices: PC, iPad, iPhone.

Hey there!

 

There is some fault with servers, so updating to paid account is slow. Apologize for that.

 

However all of you should receive Premium or Unlimited update soon.

 

You can also try clearing your cache in Spotify or Log out and then Log in back trick in Spotify from File.
