Premium subscription suddenly changed to free

Premium subscription suddenly changed to free

I subscribed for premium during a 3 month premium promo on December 31st 2017. But since January 24th 2018, all of a sudden i can’t log in to my account. So i log in using the “forgot password” and when i log in, i found that my subscription has been changed to free & all of my albums & save has been removed. Can anyone tell me what to do? I’m an indonesian subscriber.

Hi @user-removed, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

It's possible that you have 2 different accounts and you accessed the wrong one by mistake. You can find more info about this here.

 

If your account was created with your email address, use your account's username when logging in. If your Premium account is linked to Facebook, make sure to log in with the "Log in with Facebook" option.
