Could someone please tell me how to downgrade to Free? I got t subscription page, no option to cancel or remove credit card. I'm being charged for something I'm not using. It's pissing me off

Hi razzmatazz, is it possible that you might have a second account that is being charged for premium? Given what you're describing that sounds like the most likely explanation. One example is that people have both a Spotify account and a Facebook Spotify account, and the two aren't linked. If you're certain that's not the case, let me know.
