Problem with My Plan Member under my Family Plan

Problem with My Plan Member under my Family Plan

When I check my Family Plan on-line it shows Craig Ervin is a plan member as it should. However he has recently had all his playlists and everything deleted. WHY??? And can his music be reinstated?
