Problem with my suscription

Problem with my suscription

I have been a premium user for several months, but now in april, i can´t access to my premium account, it seems like it haven´t been updated although the payment has been made, i just have seen this in my paypal account and i have a bank receipt too.
Please, could someone tell me what is the problem?

Are you sure you are logging into the correct account? 

It is amazingly easy to have two accounts, one with the Spotify username and another via Facebook.

 

Does your subscription status on your online overview say you have premium?

Are you sure you are logging into the correct account? 

It is amazingly easy to have two accounts, one with the Spotify username and another via Facebook.
