Problems updating artist profile images

Hello! i´m having problems trying to update my avatar and  header image on my artist profile. (Sebastián Henríquez). I already tried to install the apps, and log out to log in again. I am using the suggested image sizes and formats.
I always get a message saying: something went wrong. we can’t update this page for you right now.

can anybody help me?
