Profile duplicated. Lost playlist and more.

I unistalled the Spotify app in facebook and now, when i log in, I have a new profile without my playlist and friends.

I tried sending an 'on line contact form' and nothing.

I replied back an e-mail I received (no-reply e-mail), and as I have read to other users, I replied it again. 

Someone who can help me?

The contact form is the right way to go.

Could you let me know your case number? (#series of numbers). I'll escalate it to the staff for you and they can get a reply sent to it.
