Bonjour on a pris duo premium ... Moi je n' ai pas de pub et mon conjoint en a plein ... Que faire ?

It could be your partner is logged into the free account and has activated Premium on another account. You can double-check the subscription type on the app. Go to Profile > Settings > Account. Does it say Premium or Free? 

If the account is free, try to send her a new invite link and see if that works.
