Multiple login credentials for the same account

I’m struggling with something similar. I logged in on my computer with the same login stuff and it taies me to a different account. Then I logged out on my phone and tried to log back in and it took me to that same account. So I lost my other account. I’m so mad idk what to do

Could you please clarify if you've been struggling with finding your account? 

Keep in mind that it's possible that you have another account with us and you might be logged in on this account on your PC.
