My Question or Issue

I have received a promotion code for Spotify Premium (3 month / 30€).

Is it possible to redeem these 30€ with my account as Spotify Family manager, means next (2) payments will be taken from the 30€ credit?

If yes, can you please advise how to proceed?

The "standard" redeem process fails with error message (see attachment).

In my understanding this promotion code should be handled like a gift card.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

First of all, I don't think there is such a thing like promotion codes 🙂 It's most likely a Gift Card code.

You can use Spotify gift cards to redeem time on an individual Premium plan - to continue paying for one, or upgrade from a free account.

Unfortunately, you can’t apply a gift card on discounted plans like Premium Student, Premium Family, Premium Duo, or trial offers.
