My spotify Premium subscription has failed to charge several times now and I don't know why. My card is functioning properly both for e-commerce and is edited as in Sweden. Not the first time happening and only way i could get premium was to start a new account, which works perfectly fine. But i don't really feel like having to create a new account every month to be able to use premium. Help is appreciated, can't live without music.

Let me know how those works for you. You can purchase those for several months and redeem to your account, no need to send those to any email.

Glad to hear this solved problem. I purchase too Premium codes this way for some months at once, because Nordea does not work with autorenewal because of wrong settings in Spotify payment system. Nordea just decline renewal process as security step. Spotify use wrong payment type and Nordea decline it as security thing. Payment type should be Internet not Store, because you're shopping in Internet.
My spotify is supposed to be renewed. I even have the receipt in my account but it has not renewed. I am currently in offline mode. Can someone please fix this?

I did the steps for both windows and my android device. Both say I need to upgrade to premium. Plz help,
I had already set firewall permissions previously. I know I did because spotify was working. But since my account got renewed a couple of days ago, it has not been in premium.

Can you just double check your account is on premium on your subscription status on your online overview?
Try logging out and back in again.

According to the overview I am not on premium. But if you look at my receipt, the account was renewed on march 6th.
I can show the order ID if you wish.

I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. My guess is you have two accounts in the Spotify system, they will be able to get it sorted for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Have you tried quick log out and log in back to Spotify?
I have indeed. It also says that on my account that I'm still using Spotify Free..... 😞
Are you sure you are logged into the correct account and haven't accidentally created a second account? Follow the instructions in this post and someone at Spotify will help get this sorted.
