Response from support?

Response from support?

How long does a response take from support email?  I would like to be able to talk to someone.  Is there a phone number?  Is there a live chat?

Spotify don't have live support I'm afraid, they only offer support via email (contact form) and via Twitter (@SpotifyCares).

Responses normally take less than 24 hours though. To speed things along and make sure you get a reply, reply directly to the automated email reply you get when you open a case via the contact form. 😉

I take it you're not an employee?  Thanks for responding to my post, but it really is a shame that as a paying customer, one can't simply have a real time exchange with a person.  It's been hours since I submitted my first support form and I have replied twice to the support@spotify.com account but with no response yet.  I can't get into my account and am now at the mercy of, what appears by reading the rest of the posts here, a very slow response team.  Premium subscribers should have access to a premium support system also.  Once again, thanks for taking your personal time to try to help.

What if I already had a real person reply? He gave me a proposition. And I replied that I would like to go ahead with it ... But no action since 😞 .. Its regarding the free trials. Can someone help me ?

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

If you still have not gotten a reply:

Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.

 

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check the email on your account here.
